Your data stays in your orbit.
This policy explains what Gravity stores and what happens when you connect HubSpot or, optionally, LinkedIn.
01 · data Gravity stores
Gravity stores the account details needed to sign you in, the companies and websites you add, and the campaigns, prospects, plans, and results created in your workspace. We use this data to operate the product and keep each company's workspace separate.
02 · HubSpot
When you connect HubSpot, Gravity receives OAuth tokens and uses read-only access to deals and companies to understand your sales pipeline. Gravity does not use this connection to create, edit, or delete HubSpot records.
03 · optional LinkedIn sign-in
Connecting LinkedIn is optional. Gravity requests only OpenID Connect scopes openid profile to identify the connected LinkedIn account and display its basic profile name. This connection does not grant access to your posts, messages, or connections.
04 · protection and sharing
Provider access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. We use them only to provide the connected features and do not expose them in the interface. We do not sell personal information. Data is shared with service providers only when needed to operate Gravity or when required by law.
05 · disconnect and delete
You can disconnect HubSpot or LinkedIn from Gravity to remove the stored provider tokens. You can also delete campaign data from the workspace. To request deletion of account or company data, contact the Gravity team member who gave you access.
