What Gravity stores, how public research works, and what the HubSpot connection allows, including who operates the service.
01 · operator and data controller
Gravity is a product operated by GUILLAUME DERAMCHI, entrepreneur individuel (sole proprietor), SIREN 937 775 336, registered at 6 rue Olympe de Gouges, 92600 Asnières-sur-Seine, France. GUILLAUME DERAMCHI is the data controller for Gravity. buildgravity.co is the public product website, while buildgravity.dev hosts the application and product documentation. Both domains are operated by the same legal entity.
02 · data Gravity stores
Account sign-in details, companies and websites you add, and the campaigns, prospects, plans, and results in your workspace. Public LinkedIn URLs you add may be used for Apify-backed research. Data stays per-company.
03 · public company research
Before signup, Gravity may research a public website via OpenAI and safe public-page reads. A hashed network address is stored for abuse prevention. Unclaimed research is removed after 7 days. After activation, the public link closes; the source payload is eligible for removal after 24 hours and is never publicly reused. A minimal claim binding may remain 30 days for idempotent retries. Interrupted activation stays private and may retain its payload up to 30 days to resume safely.
04 · HubSpot
OAuth tokens enable read-only deals and companies context. Gravity does not create, edit, or delete HubSpot records.
05 · LinkedIn
Gravity does not currently connect to a LinkedIn account. When you provide a public LinkedIn URL, Apify may read only the public profile and activity needed for the requested research.
If LinkedIn approves Member Data Portability access and a member explicitly enables it, Gravity will import only the data that member authorizes into their private workspace for features they request. This access is read-only: it does not allow Gravity to invite or accept connections, send messages, or publish on LinkedIn.
06 · protection and sharing
Provider tokens are encrypted at rest and used only for connected features. We do not sell personal information. Data is shared with service providers only to operate Gravity or when required by law.
07 · disconnect and delete
Disconnect HubSpot to remove its OAuth tokens. Delete campaigns or companies from the dashboard. If LinkedIn member-data access is enabled in the future, revoking it will remove the related OAuth credential. For access, correction, portability, objection, or account deletion, contact the Gravity team member who gave you access or write to the registered address above.
